Meet the Author @ 12:30

Kasha Browning is a local author and illustrator who recently published a children’s picture book titled Leave Me Alone, Meshki Malone!  It’s a sweet and heartwarming story about a dog learning to accept a new puppy in her home, designed especially for young children ages 2–7. Kasha is also a former WA State K-8 Certificated Educator who taught for 13 years before leaving the classroom to pursue curriculum development and now Children's books. 

This story is a great fit for little ones learning about change, new siblings, friendship, and emotional growth—and it’s been especially well-received by parents and educators for its gentle, approachable message.

Come meet the author for storytime, book signings, and themed activities at The Co-Lab’s Family Day 12-5pm, with book & author activities from 12:30-1:15.
