Come join FIT4MOM for a fun filled week of FREE classes! Check out our soft launch classes and get a feel for our Stroller Strides workout and playgroups after class.

Our grand opening will truly be grand! Celebrate the official opening of FIT4MOM University Place by bringing your stroller & your kiddo for an extra fun-filled Stroller Strides class beginning at 9:30 AM!

After class, head into our community partner resource fair that features community partners that cater to moms, babies, and families from our very own community!
