14 kids each day. Campers broken into groups by age and request.

Members use code PODSUMMER for a 5% discount. To use the discount code, you must be a member at time of purchase AND during the camp.

    • Email your request to anna@ourpodfamily.com. Switching weeks may be available depending on enrollment.

    • We can also place you on the waitlist for the week you need.

    • If no alternative weeks are available, we can issue your 75% refund if applicable.

    • If the week you want is sold out at TCS, be sure to check availability at The Co-Lab. (The themes for the week are the same)

    • Follow us on social media, and/or get on our Summer Camp email list. We occasionally add additional spots, or announce very last-minute cancellations that need to be filled quickly.

  • A camp newsletter typically goes out each year in June. In the meantime, feel free to reach out with any questions!

Registration Form

    Your payment today secures your child’s spot for that camp week, but additional information is needed to complete the enrollment process. Please take a few minutes to submit this required registration form.

    To aid our staff in preparing for the summer, we appreciate completion of this form at your earliest convenience.

Cancellation Policy

    • Payment is due in full to reserve your spot in camp.

    • 25% of your tuition is NON REFUNDABLE.

    • 75% of your tuition is refundable if you withdraw at least 14 days before the camp is scheduled to begin.

    • To withdraw, please email anna@ourpodfamily.com.

    • Late notice will result in forfeiture of all tuition.
